When you are ready to write/respond to the assignment you will either use the Edit feature or click on the discussion tab on the top of the page to post your assignment. If the directions are to Edit the page you will click on the Edit tab at the top of the page, place your cursor AFTER the last entry and begin to type your entry. It is important to make sure that you do not erase any work that has been previously posted. When you are finished click on save and your work will be entered on the page for others to view.

If the directions are to use the Discussion feature you will click on the Discussion tab at the top of the page and a "Post Message" response box will appear. This is where you will write/post your response. Complete the subject text box and then write your response in the message text box. When you are ready to post your answer/response you will click the post button on the bottom left of the page. The post will now appear as a "thread" above the message text box. Once a response is posted others will be able to read what was written by clicking on the discussion button and then clicking on the thread under the subject box. After you have read the response you will be able to reply by completing the reply text box and clicking on the post button. The reply will be added to the initial thread.

Please remember to write your responses using complete sentences, punctuations and correct spelling. It is also important that you read and follow the directions for each assignment.
